Question:

Does kingsford "match light" charcoal leave a lighter fluid taste to the food?

I use kingsford charcoal when I bbq.. I decided to use matchlight because I got started alot faster. Is it me or does it leave a lighter fluid taste... What do you think..

  1. If you allow the coals to 'ash over' the lighter fluid is burned off and just leaves that wonderful charcoal taste. :)


  2. if you let it heat enough before you grill on it then it shouldn't leave a lighter fluid taste.
