  1. yes, like all the other muscles in ur body, ur cok needs rest too...if u dont sleep, ur erections wont be as hard or stay up as long...adequate rest, a good diet and exercising 3-4 times a week (aerobic, swimming, weightlifting, running, etc) will give u a healthy wang...

  2. If you don't sleep enough, you body might not function properly or strongly as it should. I think that is the body.

  3. i think so. coz everytime i lack sleep,my p***s is not as hard as its usual. though it does not took me too long to have it erected. maybe my body cannot pump too much blood whenever i lack sleep

  4. Yes, because your nerves are tired and so are your muscles, thus making it hard to become excited and aroused since your muscles will need more stimulation since your body's so tired. If you try getting a couple good night sleep, you'll be fine. Hope this helps.

  5. nope

  6. Then get off yahoo and go to sleep.

  7. Your body is a complete system, not just a group of parts.  What effects one part usually has an effect on all the others whether or not we realize it.  Sleep, or the lack of, has an effect on all your body.  When there is a shortage or need for something that is needed, in this case energy, your body will take it from somewhere that is not essential for your functioning and give it to what needs it the most.  Your body will adjust to do what is necessary to keep it alive. Get some rest and make sure you eat right and things will get back to normal.
