Does lebanon have an independent judiciary?

  1. the system Lebanon is based on the separation of the three powers (legislative, Judiciary, and executive) and the lebanese laws calls for the creation of an independent judical system that is immune from any political interferance.

    unfortunately, due to some corruption in Lebanon, some prominent politicians and political parties where able to influence some judges causing them to reach unfair and biased verdicts. yet other branches of the judicial system was able to maintain its integrity and independence.
