Question:

Does lemon juice work to get rid of pimples?

I heard that putting lemon juice on pimples at night time (before bed) will almost completely get rid of them before the morning.

Is this true?

And if so how does it work/what do you do to and how much do you put on?

  1. Hey Ana, sorry lemons don't do the trick, but....

I went to my dermatologist and she gave me a copy of this book that she got from a great website on getting rid of pimples and acne and keeping your skin clear.

Me and my girlfriends did as the book said and we started school definitely with clearer skin.

I highly recommend it. Check it out at www.acnetreatmentscamsrevealed.com. The book comes with a personal consultant that you can ask questions to and get the right answers.

    Peace,

  2. Lemongrass oil, Lavender oil and Tea tree oil are the best natural stuff for ur skin. Lavender oil can be applied neat to the area of skin affected  but Lemongrass and Tea tree should be should be considered spot treatments or alternatively fill a basin with warmish water and add a few drops to it then take a clean facewasher and gently pat the skin with the dilution. Also Apple Cider vinegar is a great toner for acne proned skin as it has the same PH balance as your skin and kills bad bacteria but allows the good bacteria to flourish i would recomnend it b4 Lemon juice:)

  3. yes,  Gently apply fresh lime juice on pimples and wash after 30 minutes if you don't have a sensitive skin. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

  4. No it doesn't work.

I use Carley's Clear and Smooth available only online. You can do a google search for it. It is the only thing that has worked for my cystic and adult acne. I've had acne for the last 11 years and am finally glad to have found something that works!
