Does lifting heavy weights affect the genital of a male in any way?

Not weight lifting but from work and the such

  1. No... but you may get a hernia. be careful...


  2. Yes, you could well have a hernia if you don't lift weights correctly at work or weight lifting.

    There is a weakness around your s*****m (balls bag) where your testicles descend when you are a baby.

    If you have your feet too far apart when you lift the weight you could find that you have your gut push down into your s*****m or as a lump just around your groin.

    So don't have your feet more than 12 inches apart.

    When you lift weights bend your legs and not your back or you may injure your back as well.
