Question:

Does ligamentolysis cause erectile dysfuction?

If you release the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament that attaches the two erectile bodies to the pubic bone, wouldn't that mean your p***s can only fill up with blood, but not "stand up"?

Please make sure you're answering the question and not just ranting about why I shouldn't do it

  1. No, you can maintain an erection almost as normal if the surgery goes well. However, the risks of the surgery can cause ED if performed by an untrained surgeon or in the event of a mistake.

I've heard there is a decrease in angle of erection and some other concerns as far as "slipping" during s*x but I have zero personal experience with this procedure just yet. It's very interesting to me, though, and I hope to do more than just read about it.
