Does long distance on home phones count both ways?

i have free long distance but my boyfriend doesn't .. so if i'm the one to call him does it charge him ?

He will be charged if you are calling his cell phone. But if your home phone is NOT a cell phone then you do not pay long distance charges when he calls you.

Land Line or home phones do not charge long distance both ways. You make the call, you pay. Have a great day!

sadly yes

they charge both ways, unless if you have a service that doesnt charge incoming calls
