  1. My father's side of the family all lived to be about 100. My great-grandmother passed last year at 106.

My mother's side is not so lucky. They have all died before 70, mostly of heart conditions.

So, I hope I take after my dad's side!

  2. Yes. My Grandad died at 97 i have an aunt that will be 101 in June.

  3. It certainly seems to!  My father's mother had two sisters and a brother who lived into their nineties and two more brothers who made it into their eighties.  Then my mother's father, one of his brothers, and one of his sisters also lived into their nineties; another brother and sister reached their eighies; and two daughters of another brother reached 100.

  4. Yes.

  5. I'd think so. It's definitely genetics to remain healthy enough to live that long (my family is riddled with heart problems, I'd probably die if I made it to 80!), so I'd bet it ran in families.

  6. Yeah,i guess so,my grandpa is like118.

  7. Yes, it's genetics.

  8. Sure! I think so! It seems that some families have it in the genes. God bless those beautiful Genes!
