  2. If you make a good effort when you're losing.  If you don't try to learn anything then you won't.  But you can learn more from losing than from winning.  If you always win really easily you never learn anything.  If you lose, you learn what you have to do better next time.

  3. yes losing teaches us alot. It teaches us that only after our defeat we will try to put our level best in that field.It teaches us to accept out defeats with full spirit and learn something from it for the next.

  4. Since a percentage of my  horse wagering bets don't win, yes I would have to say losing has made me more of a patient person.

    I used to expect to win every bet ( Ah foolish hope), but now days when I place my bets I know the unlikely is the most likeliest thing to happen, so I go into it expecting to lose (although over time I have much improved), and and mildly surprised when I win.

      I also has taught me to accept defeat without being a quitter.
