  1. Losing weight is like a confidence boost to people.

I hate my teeth and I'm shy and I know thats why I am shy. If I get them sorted I'll be fine and confident, so will people who lose weight. Its just insecurities.

  2. yes---confidence means alot-   skinny -  overweight  -  crocked teeth -  many things can beat you up if ----you---let it

  3. true

    it adds to the confidence

  4. I think if you felt uncomfortable with your weight then you would feel way better about the way you look when you loose the weight. It depends on how high your confidence levels are as to how confident you are or will be but confidence can always be improved (sometimes with professional help) However in your case I think its realistic, your telling yourself the right things and building your confidence levels by doing this. Great stuff I say keep it up and good luck...

  5. Losing weight will make you feel more like participating with others, whether it be sports, or discussions, etc.  Losing weight will also make others see you in a new light.  Society favors nice looking, slim people.  People will treat you with more respect.
