cuz im gonna enter this makeup contest on youtube and it says show off your makeup. and i have a TON of makeup so i was wondering if i counts as a makeup.

No, lotion isn't make-up. People wear lotion to just make their skin feel soft, it doesn't really do anything to help take away the ugly, xD. Things such as eye-liner, mascara, foundation, lip gloss, and ect are make-up because they enhance beauty.
