Does lower state south carolina have ice storms?

are ice storms in lower state south carolina common during the winter months?

We do, we had one about 3 or 4 years ago that knocked out power across GA, NC, SC, WV and VA. Over 4 million people didn't have power for over a week.

We get snow sometimes too. South Carolina is a 4 seasons state.

They are not common but they can and do happen.

not common at all, but just like frosty weather can happen, bad ones arent likely to happen every winter, or even every 3-5 years

They're not real common, but, they do happen.. heck, even florida gets them..
