Because they have mac tool, mac makeup, and mac computers......does it stand for something? or is it just a coincedince

Those are all different Macs.

Mac, as in the computer brand, is an Apple brand short for Macintosh.

MAC makeup is an acronym for Makeup Art Cosmentics.

Coincidence.

Mac Computers comes from a full name MacIntosh, which is an apple, therefore, the apple is their symbol and Mac computers are also called The Apple.

I don't know about other macs, though.
