  1. I guess. But I heard he wants to sign a free agent deal with the Yankees on NESN. The YANKEES!

  2. Manny would like to be playing anywhere instead of Boston! I like Manny but I'm just glad it is finally done!

  3. Yes, on the first day in LA manny was able to determine that he "wants to play there the rest of his career".  Manny is a, live in the moment, kind of guy.  He is happy one minute then angry the next.  Yes he is happy in LA now, and he was unhappy in Boston.  Does that mean that will stay that way? No, Manny could hit a slump and hate LA a month from now.  Nobody knows, not even Manny.

but hey, manny manny go away

and dont come back 'cus we've got bay!

2 losses since shipping out manny for bay.  bay has reached base in every game i believe.

  4. duuhh

  5. Absolutely, he felt Boston in ways had disrespected him and was being unfair to him so he was creating a public stir about it which in turn made even more bad blood between him and the Boston management. To move to LAD was a fresh break for him, a chance to start new which he likes much better then being stuck in a bad situation in Boston. I think both sides feel better now that they are seperated.

  6. i dunno. it depends if he likes Joe Torre better than Terry Francona or vice versa.

  7. he would have liked playing in the dodgers rookie league better than staying in boston!?!

  8. h**l Yeah he does!!!

Why do you think he's raking the ball right now!!!

By the way, he's 2 for 3 tonight for the Dodgers.

  9. He didn't try in boston, he's trying now in L.A.

  10. Yes...more laid back environment, better weather, Torre is the Manager

  11. No.. His agent wanted him to stay in Boston.  He didn't think they would ACTUALLY trade him, and he wasn't trying so what was he thinking, between the attitude on the clubhouse and him just taking his time instead of trying to get out of double plays.  Don't worry, if he stays with the dodgers, just wait about 2 years and maybe they'll see the attitude.  Manny doesn't care about the team, he just cares about the money.

  12. of course he does he wasn't even trying in Boston for the matter and he hit 4 home runs already making a impact on the dodgers

  13. No doubt!

He was fed up in Boston with all their favoritism towards certain other players and definitely needed a change.

(Plus I'm a Yankee fan, so I'm happy for him, too)

    :-P
