from my experience it got worse, being circumcised the glans just keeps losing sensitivity, it wasn't till I restored my f******n that it improved, the pleasure increases have been great, it's like it was naturally meant to be there, it was well worth the effort

Just like other skills, you get better with practice.  You will probably always remember the thrill of coming the first time, but as you become familiar with your body's sexual response, you can learn how to stimulate yourself in ways that will make that first, clumsy one pale in comparison.  But to do this, you have to pay attention to what you're doing when you m********e; experiment with different touches, techniques, and zones on your body.  Just jerking as fast as possible every time won't do it.

I don't think anything compares to when you first discover masturbation.  It's all great, but the first time is the best.  You do get better at it as you mature, though.
