Does masturbation slow down or speed up sexual development?

Question

I am trying to figure this out, it could be either way? Because doing it causes your body to speed up making sperm and not doing it keeps sperm count average. So I don't really understand. Please help.

Masturbation has no effect on your physical development.  Puberty will continue on schedule whether you m********e or not.  However, when you practice something you can get better at it.  By masturbating you will keep your sexual equipment in good operating condition, and if you pay attention to what you're doing you will learn what feels best to you sexually, and you can learn how to recognize and control the different stages of your sexual response.

It does neither, although there is some evidence that it does increase the size of your organ when it finishes growing.  That isn't proven, but is reverse inference from a study that showed that men who stopped masturbating for a time had theirs shrink somewhat.

EDIT:  And contrary to the gentle above -- it will have ABSOLUTELY NO negative effects.  It certainly does not make s*x "less good."  That is ridiculous.

it has no effect on anything like that.  masturbation simply relieves horniness...............it's doesn't affect your sperm count, make more sperm, less sperm, etc.  Nor does it affect your growing, the size of your package, or how much hair you have on your body.  That's all been set long ago by genetics.  So, relax and jerk it.

No effect whatever that I know of.  The rate of physical development is determined by your genes and your overall health, not by how much sperm you have or don't have at any one time.  But if you want to believe that masturbating several times a day is helping you along, then by all means go for it!
