Yes, that means you can install it on any three computers.  Just log into the mcafee site with the your same user id from another computer and download the product.  

By the way, the only thing that's a pain is if there's a previous version of mcafee on the computer sometimes mcafee installs don't work right.  If you have problems, just use the online support where you talk to a tech via the web.  With their help, you can clear it up in five or ten minutes.
