Yea, its called, call ahead and order your food to go, or show up and hope theres enough room.

Try going to the ones in your neighbourhood with the play area and ask about booking a party.

Yes, they do.  You need to call and reserve the party room. It is usually about a 2 hour party. You can go to McDonald's.com to find a location near you....I hoped that worked out for you!
