Does medicaid ever pay for braces i have a foster child that really needs them Ty?

It depends on the state most likely.  Your best bet is Monday call your county Medicaid office.  Now, I know from experience that caseworkers there are seriously overworked and underpaid, so if you don't get a satisfactory answer, or you get an unclear one, ask for the number to the STATE medicaid office.  You may get more help there.  

There IS a medical necessity for braces; they aren't always cosmetic, my 30 year old best friend just got her private insurance to cover them so medicaid MIGHT.

probably not its hard to even find a dentist who excepts medicaid

I am sure if there is a medical reason for having them they would do so, but if its cosmetic.....no way
