  1. i live in iowa, and what they pay for is anything thats neccesary but as cheap as possible while being adequate care.  they did pay for 2 root canals and 2 crowns for me in iowa, the dentist i went was actually very nice and gave me 2 partial veneers that i  needed (those r considered only cosmetic) but ur dentist should know for sure if they will pay for it.


  2. medicaid doesnt pay for anything major...just minor...which includes cleanings, flouride treatments and sealants...I think it covers fillings too, but only amalgam fillings (silver fillings)
