  1. Snow in Milano is exceptional - kids love it!!!

I remember seeing it a couple of times as a kid - and by the time I made it out of the door, it was a dirty mess, melted the next day.

In Europe, it looks like spring has sprung. Even Switzerland this year has no snow, so Milano will be totally snow-less!!

Alas, that does not secure you against rain. Tipically, Milano winters are wet, wet wet, when there is no rain there is fog. you may be luck though next week... one never knows!!

Check the forecast: http://www.meteo.it/previsioni/index.htm and click on "previsioni Italia", you will have an interactive graphic window where you can select the area in Italy you are interested in. It looks quite good for next week!!!

  2. Yep-hope theres an avalanche soon!!

  3. It does snow sometimes in Milan, but not very often. When it does, it's usually just a one day thing. You won't find any snow there next week. We are having a very warm winter this year. The past 2 weeks or so it's been a mininum of 10 degrees to maximum 21 degrees Celsius. Pratically springtime! However, it might rain, so be prepared!

    Enjoy your trip!
