  1. About the same, it is mostly made of water.

    Maybe Slightly Lower.

  2. I'd say probably lower temperate since water doesn't really have anything in it when milk has calcium, preservatives ect in it.

  3. lower temp.

  4. lower temp, it would take the milk at a high temp a while just to cool down then to freeze. The lower temp. milk would freeze faster bcuz it's already cold.

  5. lower. it frezes lower becuase it has water and other substances in it that cause it to be thicker and freze slower and at a lower temp.

  6. Milk is inconsistent in the actual freezing point depending on the solids present in the milk.   This will vary by species of cow and type of diet that the cow is eating.   The official freezing point of whole milk (consider it an average) is -0.505 degrees C whereas water freezes at 0.

So Milk freezes at a marginally lower temperature than water.

  7. The freezing temp is the same as water. Fat free milk will freeze at the same rate, while full fat (3.5%) milk will freeze slightly more slowly because of the fat molecules.
