Does milk make you even more thirsty?

these last few days ive been really thirsty all the time, ive just started drinking chocolate milk a lot to and i dont no if this is related? does drinking milk/flavoured milk make you more thirsty?

it doesnt help against thurst because milk thickens in combination with stomach acid

Sugar can make you feel more thirsty after drinking it and there's plenty in chocolate milk.
