Does minimum wage affect all businesses? my job is saying that it doesn't affect small businesses.?

They are saying if you have less then 100 people working for you then you don't have to pay minimum wage

then u need to slap somebody bc that is a load of c**p.  the only places that are exempt from min. wage are restraunts(tips make up for it) and anyway y would u want to work for that amount anyway?  with taxes and all you are really making less than 5$.  unless you are under 16 find a diffrent job, i would be insulted for someone to tell me my labor was worth that little to them.
