Does missing middle name affects the validity of Sevis i-20?

my middle name is missing in my i-20 form, the middle name is stated in my passport. will my application be rejected because of that?

I'd call your academic advisor at the school at which the I-20 was issued and find out if s/he did it accidentally.  S/he should know whether or not it would cause a problem.
