  1. Tell them you are a mixed raced person.  If you say that you are just a 'human being' some people might think you are being a smart azz and/or not proud of your mixed heritage (if you are in the USA).  Other than that don't say anything else unless they pry further and always remember that you have the option of not disclosing that information for whatever reason(s) you choose.

  2. You go ahead and say whatever feels right by you.  Here's some other suggestions:

I have a diverse heritage, or diverse pedigree

I am uniquely and wonderfully made

My background is a little bit of many places, but I call _______ home.

Remember who you are is so much more important than the labels you wear.

  3. Hi.

    I'm human.

    What are you?

  4. Are you talking about nationality or race?

  5. HOW ABOUT HELLO I AM MULTI CULTURAL ,THEN WHEN THEY ASK YOU CAN TELL THEM ALL THE CULTURES THAT YOU ARE A PART OF.

  6. ? What are you mixed with?

As I know if you have asian you can say Hapa

then if your asian and european eurasian at times

I have also heard the term Ethmix that applies to many cultures
