Does modeling clay harden eventually?

Well I have modeling clay or Plasticine and I was just wondering will it eventually harden or dry out and how long Will it take,'cause I made some roses last night so I was just wondering.

No, it will not dry out. Polymer clay is a very good medium to work in. You can mold then pop it in the over for a few minutes and then paint and seal it.

Modeling clay or Plasticine will neither harden nor dry out.

Polymer clay can be baked in the oven, but if you let it sit out

unbaked too long, it will become a crumbly and unusable mess.
