  1. Once i had this dream that i was eating a giant marshmellow and when i woke up my pillow was gone.

  2. I don't think it will actually come true. Maybe you just are feeling vulnerable and don't know what to do

  3. Compared to my night mares yours is a fairy tale.

You have obviously something on your mind, or are elaborating subconsciously on something that you have seen.

  4. No one can interpret your dreams or tell you what they mean. Only you can do this. Never mind those who say they can tell you what your dream "means." It only means something to YOU because you give it your personal meaning.

Don’t bother with dream books, dream dictionaries, internet sites that tell you to look for codes or symbols or hidden mysteries in dreams. Dreams do not contain such things. Dreams are straightforward, just like your waking thoughts.

There is always a purpose to a dream. Everything that human beings think, feel, or do has a purpose. It is part of what Dr. Alfred Adler called "the psychology of use."

Dreams don't come to you from outside yourself, nor do they arise from your "subconscious." Once you become aware of having a dream, it’s conscious. You make your dreams up. You create them, just as you create your thoughts.

The purpose of your dreams while you are asleep is the same as the purpose of your thoughts while you are awake. That is, to solve your problems.

Figure out the purpose of a dream and the problem it is trying to solve, and you have its meaning. Dreams are thoughts while you sleep, attempting to solve your problems.

  5. Hi Peter P,

Thanks for asking advice of people on this site.

That must have been a really frightening  experience for you Peter.

You must feel very vulnerable, and definitely lack confidence.

A dream is in metaphors, that is they are representations of something

For instance you could be on a ship, and it is sinking.. not real, but explaining how your life is going.

    Screams going downstairs is interesting.

A house... in your dream is your body/self... understand?

Your mum can't help you, as you are separate from her.. she is an individual and you are finding it difficult coming to terms with your individuality.

A dream is just your mind trying to make sense of your experiences... getting a balance back into your life.

It's ok to say you are frightened, and to let the emotion out.

    You will be fine.

    Trust in your mum

Trust in yourself, and most of all that life is an adventure to be experienced.

I'm sure that it will all work out ok.

    Good luck on your adventure.

One person answering this is apparently such a legend in his own mind that he dismisses any dream interpretation out of hand.

What a closed minded introvert with a chip!

We all have a subconscious, but the trouble is with some individuals that they only believe what they see.

If they can't stick it under a microscope then it doesn't exist!

We can't see electricity, but it doesn't half have a kick!
