Does my TV have a digital tuner?

Question

I bought a Symphonic WF2702 TV about 4 years ago when most TVs were being sold with digital tuners, but I can find nothing in the owner's manual except that it has PLL Frequency Synthesized Tuning. Does anyone know for sure? I don't want to buy a converter box if I don't need one. Thanks.
