Me and my dad have this disagreement about the Webroot AntiVirus with AntiSpyware. He believes that the program only does HIS account on Windows, not anyone else's account. I believe that it does ALL of the HDD. I just don't understand why it wouldn't do the whole HDD if he is right. I just can't comprehend it. Can anyone help us?

  1. In the folder

    "C:\Documents and Settings\...

You will find all the user name that are created to log into the computer when you can open all the user account folders then webroot will scan them also.

Suppose you have password protected a user account then webroot can't scan it in some other account, why even you can't open that user account folder except when you login through that particular user account.

  2. set the scanning for all account or maybe you can do it 1 by 1.

  3. It will scan all, unless teh user account is encrypted then it will bypass it.
