Does my credit card cover me for?

I bought tickets back in april for leeds festival, I bought these off a website called leedsfestival.net.

From all the posts on the internet it looks like I will not be receiving my tickets.

Does my credit card cover me so I can get my money back?

Yes. Have the charges reversed because you did not receive what you were charged for. It is a very common problem, very easily remedied.

They most certainly should, just call them and explain to them the situation and they will let you know what could be done.

You have to call HSBC right away and ask to reverse the charges.
