  1. if not going to cook tonight i would put in the fridge . but i would cook tomorrow . if you dont then  i wouldnt think it would be any good anymore . to bad you couldnt have got it while still frozen but once frozen you cant refreeze it ..

  2. once defrosted it cant be refrozen so yeah you need to eat it soon

  3. The OK date is if it stays frozen.  If defrosted is just like fresh meat  So yes eat it soon or discard it,  wshich would be a pity.   Have it for lunch this weekend,  Keep it in fridge in the meantime.

  4. I'd say that it needs cooking within 48 hours and then will last for 2 or 3 days in the fridge.

  5. DONT RE_FREEZE- its always recommended you dont re-freeze any product that has been frozen once and thawed!

As it is vacuum packed from the fresh foods isle it will be perfectly fine until 27th! However if it was bought frozen then it needs to be cooked within 48 hrs of defrost

  6.    It won't be safe for that long. 48 hours in the fridge max... refreeze it to use another time. Beef joints are good. Nothing gets a person more pumped and ready for the day like a good ole' fashion beef joint. Good luck.

  7. You can cook it mostly now and chill it to be finished cooking while reheating at a later date or freezing it.

It will still be good since it is vacuum packed on the date specified.

It would be best tho if it were cooked now since it was frozen then thawed.

  8. Just to be on the safe side I would cook it now.

Don't forget it will easily last 3 days in the fridge after you have cooked it.

  9. You should cook defrosted meat within 3 to 4 days after thawing.

  10. It's safe till use-by date, if you don't think you will use it before then,re-freeze.

  11. after defrosting you have a few days to prepare. no more than a week though. and definitely not past the date.

  12. cook it now it's better
