Does my ex have legal rights to my physical address?

My ex wife has custody of the children and I have visitation. I have recently moved and it doesn't affect my times. She is demanding by law that I provide her with my physical address. I do not approve of her having my address as her behavior is irrational and I fear for my family's safety. Our exchanges are not at the house and I have entered with the presiding court and with Washington State Support my address as the decrees required. I having trouble finding where in our state laws it says she has a legal right not to allow her access to this information

I don't know about the laws in your state. You need to talk to your lawyer. She has a right to know where her kids are when you have them, but still you need legal advice. If she is demanding by 'law' find out how she is doing this. You have rights to privacy too. As long as you have the kids back at the appointed time, there should be no problem. Check it out and make her leave you alone.

If you have children together she legally has to know your physical address.  I know it is standard divorce papers.

If the kids are staying with you at your house sometimes, I think she has a right to know where you live. If not, then she has no right to know, as long a she has a way to contact you if needed.

if you have coplied with what the court requires then you dont have to do anything else. the rest is up to her.

well , i'm sorry to say but yes.when there is children involved she has the right.But you can stop her from coming there.put a re. order on her.you would have to have some take the kids to you when it's your time.

If you bring your children to your address then their custodial parent has a right to know exactly where they are.
