Does my friend look better with or without makeup?

Gorgeous!  She's really pretty - I would say that she looks betther with makeup on, however, she is Very young, so my personal feelings are that she looks better without eyeliner on, or maybe a brown so that it's not so dark.  You're still so young with beautiful skin & features, that you don't want to overpower those...

wel lshes beautiful either way. but personally i kind of like the little bit of eyeliner

it maeks her eyes pop. and its not too heavy and not too lite! jsut perfect. and it just brings out her eyes! =D

Wow, she looks like a model in the picture where she's looking out the window.

I think that she can make it work either way. The eyeliner does make her look older and it's done well, did she do it herself? Pretty good for a [over] 12 year old. :D

id say she cant be much over 12 or so.

you look better without eyeliner, be twelve for a little while longer...

I think she looks better without. She has a naturally pretty face..why put something on it that isn't needed?
