Does my guinea pig have mite or lice?

ok i have 1 female guinea pig and it has like a spot with little bit of fur she doesent really scrach her self but it worring me shes like a little bady maby about 2-3months

my baby guinea pig had the same thing trust me it goes away because i noticed it and he never was bothered and it doesnt hurt

guinea pigs are prone  to mites. more so in the summer. normally the pig would be scratching a lot, to point they can start bleeding. The info. you have given doesn't really provide much detail. It could just be a wart.

I have a simple motto. If it red and the pig seems to irritated by it. Treat  it as mite infection and buy some mite treatment from the pet shop.

Probably. Often their nesting materials and hay and alfalfa cubes can carry mites, so you should have mite treatment on hand at all times.
