Does my hair color make me look washed out?

I just got highlights yesturday for the summer, its a big change for me.

dark brown or dark auburn would be better because you have fair skin and blonde isnt as good!! =]

yeah it kinda does... maybe dye ur hair like a light brown that would look really really good on you...

Awww, It is pretty!

Try doing different things with it, like straightening it, curling it, crimping it.

It fits your face very nicely, try little pigtailed braids, ponytails and stuff like that.

The change looks adorable, and school is coming up, so it should look good!

Blonde looks good with your eyes but i also think you would be able to pull off a dark brown, that might be a nice change, kind of like rachel mcadams.
