Does my hamster have wet tail??

my hamster is doing everything she normaly does. i looked at her a**s and its wet around it. not alot just very slightly aroud where she peas, i can smell that stink but i think its pee.

its such a tiny tiny wet spot around her gental area is this of concern??

  1. she might symptoms of wet tail is diarrhea, dehydration (when the ears are back), hunched back, loss of appetite, sleeps alot, wetness around tail, not grooming itself. If she has some of these symptoms you can buy antibiotics for her like Dri-tail drops or dissolving pills you have to give these to her 5-6 days.

  2. It might just be pee. If you have a dwarf it isn't wet tail, maybe diarrhea. If you have a Syrian it could be wet tail, dwarfs don't get wet tail.

    I don't think you have anything to worry about, if its wet in a day or two go to the vet.

  3. is it a dwarf or a syrian? if its just a little spot and your hamster is doing normal hamster stuff then its nothing to worry about. if however, you are worried and your hamster is a syrian then i would check on her every few hours to make sure shes okay
