  1. / They only need a passport.

If they were staying longer than 30 days, they would need a visa.

  2. no but you need to tell them the address where you are staying

  3. As long as your husband and his brothers are citizens/nationals of one of the 27 countries which now participate in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), no visa is required (the UK is included in VWP).  They must present machine -readable passports, and depending on when their passports were issued, other passport requirements may apply (see the website below).

"The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables nationals of certain countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa."

Note:  They can conduct business in the States, but cannot work in the states - an important distinction!

See the following site for all you ever wanted to know about VWP:

  4. No they don't I think, I've just come back from the USA and British Citizens get the visa waver scheme it get a card on the plane to fill in and you hand it to check in when you arrive. I'm sure it's for longer than 4 weeks (90 days?) Pop in to your local travel agent and check.

  5. British passport holders DO NOT need visa's

  6. nope master card and u can get the applications at any bank u can  use your discover card too
