Does my mom need Mexican visa?

My mom is coming to me in March. She is Russian, and she has 2 years entry US visa. We were wondering if she can go to visit Mexico w/o visa for 3-4 days? She will be here for 3 weeks.

You can go to the 1st website below and read the list of countries to see that people from Russia do need a visa to enter Mexico.  Your mother will need to go to the nearest Mexican consulate to apply for the visa.  The 2nd website has a list of the Mexican consults in the U.S.  You also need to be very sure she has a multiple entry visa for the U.S. and will be allowed to re-enter the U.S.

  3. she needs to apply for a mexican tourist visa  but I think she'll get it very easily because she has all the requirement to get one from the U.s.

    I recommend you tell you mom to go to the nearest mexican consulate or embassy in russia ASAP.

  4. I don't know for sure (%100) but I would say no, she cannot cross the boarder and then come back.

  5. Just cross the border in reverse as the millions illegals from there do coming here seems to work for them...
