  1. no. i had twins when i was 16 and they were all mine.

  2. Yes and no. She can keep you from doing things, but when it comes to health decisions or legal rights then the only thing she can do is sign with you because you are underage. She can try and prove you unstable and get a power of atorney or custody. It will all depend on the laws in your state. You can contact an attorney that will do a free consultation over the phone and ask them. That would be your best bet so you know what can and can not be done and what happenens if the situation turns legal. Good luck! :)

  3. Why are you underage and you have a child? Keep those legs together !

  4. Not completely, but she still has rights to you. And she could fight for rights if you were proved to be an unfit mother and couldn't take care of your child properly.

  5. Well, she definitely has rights TO YOU until YOU are 18, so my guess is YES, UNTIL you move OUT of HER house, OR are 18, whichever comes first, then I guess she does. Check your local laws to be sure though...

  6. no she doesnt have the rights over your child(only you if your under 18)..thats like saying because your mother has the rights over you, your grandmother has the rights over her..she cant tell you how to raise your baby because its your baby she can only guide you and be there for you, until you do something wrong then she has the right to get yours talking away
