Does my parakeet have a cold?

Question

My parakeet has red marks around his nose and his feathers look a little wet. Do you think he has a cold?

no he doesn't HAVE a cold he is probably just a little cold because of his nose. Does he have cold feet? Plus are sure he just didn't take a little bath in his water bowl and now is a little cold?Nothing to worry about just turn the air down a little.

No if he has a cold it would really look gross and you could tell if it was has a runny nose. Plus if it was feeling bad it would be puffed up and standing on the bottum of the cage.
