Does my parrot fish have an illness?

He has developed a large bump on his head which is white and has open sores on it. He is also gradually losing colour. I change the water regulary at least twice a week. This is the only fish in my tank which has shown these symptons. Please help me

yes he probably does.  You should go to your local fish store and check to see if they have an illness treatment called "melafix"  It works great for open wounds, ick, eye clouds, and red spots.  Try it cause I think it will save you fish!!!
