no it is not required.you can transfer funds from a bank account which normally takes 3-5 days.however when you transfer funds you will be verified automatically.

The only way to add funds in paypal is

1  credit or debit card

2 bank account transfer

It is not required to have a Verified Account in receiving money thru your PayPal account, however, you need to verify it if you will transfer funds from PayPal to your credit card or bank account.

Not at all. But if you are not getting verified they will have some credit limit. Like you cannot get above $500 in a transaction. Better Get verified. This will be better....
