Does my sister have agoraphobia?

My sister gets really nervous every time we walk into a local mall. Her face turns pale and her heart rate rapidly increases. Can this be considered agoraphobia?

agoraphobia is fear of leaving your house. she might be afraid of crowds? or being around other people

Sounds like she's having panic attacks which can be controlled by Xanax.
