Does my skin really know if i give it night cream in the day?i feel i am doing well protecting it more.?

Night creams have no sun protection - so wearing it in the day is doing your skin damage...as no UVA/UVB protection...this will age you quicker!

night creams are too nourishing on the skin and should n;t be worn in the day is can cause conjestion in the skin causeing pustules and blachheads .only use it every second day and get a sperate moisturiser for the day . with sfp and also apply sunscrean under neath. i'm very paranoid about premature ageing and suncreeen it your best protector . i wear it evryday and re alpply every 3 hours .

I've heard that night creams are very good for restoring the skin at night because when one is sleeping the body is repairing itself (so to speak) I don't wear a night time cream just a day time but I was thinking about wearing a night time cream because I've heard it's meant to be good. Having said that I watched a documentary about skin creams and if it doesn't contains SPF in it then it really won't work.  I'm not sure what to believe anymore.

En España decimos que a palabras necias, oidos sordos. Y mi abuela siempre decía que allí donde no hay, no busques.

Creo que la mayor parte de la gente que visita tu blog, sea del lugar de donde sea, tiene la suficiente vista y sentido común como para apreciar y juzgar por ella misma, lo que nos ofreces casi a diario, el efuerzo que te debe llevar, el tiempo que tienes que quitar a tus cosas o simplemente a estar con tú familia, y creo que somos lo suficientemente imparciales, maduros y adultos como para poder juzgar por nosotros mismos, lo que es un trabajo (o un hobby) bien hecho y llevado, frente a alguien que lo único que ha demostrado, por lo que veo de momento, es que domina un lenguaje callejero, barriobajero, repetitivo, bastante pobre y muy poco imaginativo por su parte

Si tanto interés tiene en ello, que se cree su página y demuestre al mundo que sirve para algo más que para tener rabietas de niño pequeño. Eso, o bien, algún día ya se cansará.

Most night creams don't have sun protection so not good for day wear unless you use a separtate sunscreen. I find they are also a bit too shiney for the daytime.
