Does my stepmother's E.U. citizenship give me any advantage in getting a job in an E.U. country?

I'm a U.S. citizen and a recent college graduate. I'd like to work in Europe. From what I understand, it's quite difficult to find employment without being a European Union citizen, since EU residents can work in any EU country without restriction.

About ten years ago my father got re-married, and his wife is from Europe. She now holds dual-citizenship. Is there any way that this could possibly help me as far as working in Europe, or emigrating there in general? I can't see how exactly, but I figured it's worth looking into.

No it can't. One of your birth parents has to be from an EU country for you to be elligible for an EU country's citizenship. A step mother won't count as anything sorry.
