Does my wife will have a permission to stay with me in USA?

I have H1-B visa. I plan to marry with my girlfriend (at the moment she has multiple guest visa for 5 years). I would like to know, if after our marriage, she will have a chance to get another visa to stay with me permanently? Which type of visa she should apply? Which chances (to get the visa) does she have?

She can obtain H-4 visa.

She'll be eligible for an H-4.  She can stay but she cannot work.

As long as she's not a criminal, drug addict or some other class that's inadmissible, her chances are 100% of getting the visa.  You're employer will take care of the paperwork after you get married.
