Does my xbox 360 have the red ring of death?

my 360 has three red lights. the top rightone(2nd player) light is not red. do I have the red ring of death and if not what's wrong?

Yes you do have the red ring which means general hardware failure and to fix it you must know how to stop the heat build up on the GPU and the CPU and you will be back in your games.
