seriously I really think they are just havin fun now Ive seen a couple episodes where they seem to quit early and declare a myth busted when they could clearly spend more time but the activity is just to mundane. For instance I know a ciggarette lighter will explode in a dryer. maybe not the type that they used a high end bic, but a gas station special you know 3 for a dollar only about 1/2 full will pop. its kinda scary too I looked around my house for 15 minutes before I figured it out. what do you think

  1. They do alot of Myths that don't involve explosions, but they never avoid a myth with a big boom!! :D

  2. I think they do all myth's, but they try to include at least one myth that includes large fire, big/strange things, or explosions, in each episode

  3. They do tests lots of myths, and sometimes theories and scenes from movies (like Jaws. I saw an episode on it one time). The really are interested in figuring out whether or not it really works and possible; the blowing up part is just a bonus.

  4. Well they have done allot of myths they are on either their 6th or 7th season. So for some episodes probably the only thing they can do is blow something up also it is in their contracts that they have to do a certain number of explosions.

  5. i think they tend to lean towards myths that involve explosions

  6. They still do attack myths, but they sure blow up a lot of stuff

  7. Explosions+"Myths"=Good TV That's all the network is concerned with!!
