Does nair or veet hair remover really work?

i shave my legs often(every other day) and i HATE it! i always get cuts and i dont always shave every hair..i was wondering if Nair hair remover really works because i want to try it

It works. But it also smells like c**p.

Nair does work but it burns when you put it on and smells real bead for a while. Also you have to put it on like every three days

My friends mom uses veet and my friend has tried it and she said it barely worked and only left her with a burn on her legs.... I used nair last night [the baby oil one] and it was amazing! I had to leave it on for like 5-6 minutes though cause I have thick hair...My legs were red all night (I used it at like 11 pm though lol) so after I took a cold shower haaha the red was almost all gone...But now they are VERY smooth and hairless...I honestly thought it wouldn't work well so I bought a new razor for back up lol but I didn't need it...Yeah I have to shave every other day atleast and it's annoying and I get so many nicks and cuts...But wow nair was awsome so you should definately try it out.

Yes it works I use Nair.  Just leave on a little longer then what they say on the bottle.  You should test it on a little patch of your hair though to make sure you don't get a reaction.  Good Luck

It worked for me, but i'd rather shave than do that again. i think the smell of it was unbearable... you can try if you want, it'd work for most people, but not all.

Sure... they work, but to keep your legs smooth, you have to apply Nair or Veet often.  I have used both Nair and Veet, and I had to apply them every day.  I prefer Veet though... it smells better than Nair. :)

I used to get cuts on my legs all the time too.  Now I hardly ever do.  I think the trick is to make sure your razor is very sharp.  And just be careful; take your time as you shave.

veet hair remover works like a charm, i use it.. it's great but you just need to leave it a little longer on your skin so yea.  and it doesn't smell so good so do take a bath and put some lotion on after the bath.

yeah it really works. i've used veet and nair and both generally work really well for me.

Veet works perfectly! But it doesn't have the most pleasant smell to it. I don't find Nair works as well but still good enough and it comes in really yummy scents.

it usually does. I have used it many times and mostly it worked. I learned that when it i old, it works poorly. make sure you get a new bottle!

Yes it works. But nair gave me this horrible rash!! I don't know if I left it on to long but it was painful

yes it does but you have to leave it on you legs for a few minutes and during that  few minutes it ITCHES LIKE CRAZY!!!! but that just might of been for me.... goodluck

just use one of the venus razors and smooth shaviing stuff it will be much easier, faster, and not itchy
